These programs are quite unique. They are all offered by the same company, a subsidiary of a U.S. parent providing similar programs to the U.S. market. They offer the opportunity to purchase gift cards at 20% below the retail price. They also offer the opportunity to obtain rebates on purchases by submitting appropriate reciepts along with a supplied voucher.
