MovieWatcher Overview

AMC MovieWatcher is a free club that rewards you for watching movies. Each time you purchase tickets present your card, this includes the box office or the automated box office machines. You will earn two points for every ticket you buy. There is a four point maximum per visit. For every 10 points you earn you will receive free concessions or tickets.

How to Join

Membership is free and you can register online at www.moviewatcher.com or any AMC theatre location. If you register online it will take up to 2 weeks to receive your card and if you register at the theatre it can take up to 3 weeks. Some theatres offer instant enrollment.

Hints and TIps

After 24 months of inactivity, your points will expire.

You must present your card at the time of ticket purchase in order to receive your credit. If you fail to do so, you need to visit Guest Services where they can verify your ticket stubs, log your points and issue any rewards. However, this may not be an easy option because they may need to research your situation before issuing the points. It is best to remember to use your card when you purchase your tickets.

If you present a free admission ticket, you will not receive any points.

You will receive points when redeeming a gift certificate.

The MovieWatcher card can only be presented once every three hours.

You will not receive points when purchasing AMC Gift Certificates, AMC Gift of Entertainment certificates, AMC Silver and Gold "Your Ticket to the Movies" tickets and "Show Snacks" concession coupons.

You cannot give your points to anyone.
