Players Advantage Club

Joining the Players Advantage Club entitles you to receive Cashback points as well as rewards. The rewards may include coupons, complimentary meals, merchandise, invitations to member-only events and tournaments. PAC members receive a 10% discount on all Casino Niagara logo merchandise in the retail store as well as complimentary Park-n-Ride shuttle service to and from the casino from free parking lots distributed around the area.

You can join online and once you visit the casino, visit the Player's Club booth and present your photo identification for your personalized account. You must be 19 years of age or older to join.

Slots and Video Poker

Insert your PAC card into the card reader and wait until it reads "Accepted" before beginning play. As soon as you start playing you will earn points based on the type of machine you are playing and the number of coins you insert. You earn $6.00 for every 100 points.

Table Games

Present your PAC card to the Table Game Supervisor who will rate your game play based on your average play and length of play.

PAC Card Levels

There are 3 levels of cards available: Platinum, Gold and Players.

Gold Level: 

Earn 2000 reward points in each qualifying period (January to June and July to December) to obtain Players Advantage Gold status. Platinum Level

The benefits of Platinum membership include: 25% discount on Casino logo retail merchandise, invitations to member-only events, exclusive 1-888 Platinum Phone Service, double points on all $5+ denomination slot machines, upfront monthly complimentaries ($200), VIP priority service and preferred line service, preferred complimentary valet parking and exclusive monthly coupons and special discounts.

Swipe to Win

The casino offers promotions throughout the year and all you have to do is swipe your PAC card at the promotions area. Prizes in the past have included new cars, cash prizes and luxury vacations. A sample promotion is called "Some Like it Hot" Friday Nights. You simply visit the casino on any Friday night (while the promotion is in effect) and you could win valuable jewelry, spa packages and more.

Checking Your PAC Points

Your PAC status is determined by the number of reward points that you earn between January to June. To check the status of your membership simply insert your card into any slot machine and watch for the update or visit the Players Advantage booth for your update.

Parking

At Niagara Fallsview casino if you show your PAC card when entering the 3000 spot parking garage you will be able to park for free. This is a Players Advantage Club exclusive offer.

For Casino Niagara you can park at their off-site parking lots and receive a complimentary shuttle service with your PAC membership. This service is also wheelchair accessible. There are lots available right off the Rainbow Bridge, from the QEW and Highway 420.

You can stay at one of the cheaper hotels or motels away from the strip and use the free shuttle to get to the casino, which is near the falls, Lundy's Lane, the Hard Rock Cafè, and other major attractions. Parking is expensive in this area. You don't need to gamble or even enter the casino, as long as you have your membership card.
